Features

Restaurant meals, portioned for you, on a route you can trust.

Everything a Suppa plan does between the kitchen in Plymouth and your table, and why each piece is there.

Nutrition tuning

The same dish, portioned to your numbers.

Set protein, carbs, veg and salt once. Each recipe is written as its ingredients with the range each can scale, so the kitchen moves the protein, the starch and the veg on your plate toward your targets without inventing a new dish for you.

Calorie tiers

Lighter, Everyday or Bigger. Pick a plate, not a spreadsheet.

Under 500, about 650 or about 800 kcal. The tier sets the size of every meal you pick, and you can still nudge the four targets underneath it. Change tiers any time from your account and the next unlocked day follows.

Allergens, hard filtered

If it contains something you can't eat, it never reaches your plate.

Declare allergens and the way you eat (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, halal) once. Every dish is checked against them before it is assigned, including anything the kitchen picks for you. If a dish is blocked you see why, and the label on the tray repeats the allergens.

Meals are prepared in shared restaurant kitchens that handle common allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts and shellfish. Always check the ingredients listed for your meal if you have an allergy.

Household picks

One delivery, a different meal for everyone in the house.

Add the people you live with, each with their own tier, targets and allergens. Pick a dish per person per night, swap plates between two of you, and it all arrives in one drop with a labelled tray each.

Swaps until 4:30pm

Plans change. Your meal can too.

Every day stays open until 4:30pm. Swap to the other dish, skip the day and bank a credit, add a dessert, or move a delivery night. After the cutoff the kitchen gets its batch spec and the order locks.

Live ETA

Watch the van. Meals land between 5pm and 9pm.

Once the route is built you get a delivery window, then a live map with the driver's position and a window that narrows as the van gets closer. A nudge arrives when it is a few minutes away. Need to say which door? Message the driver from the app.

Credits

Skip a day, earn a credit. Spend it on something good.

One kind of credit, used everywhere: a premium dish, a dessert, a breakfast or lunch add-on, or an extra meal on another night. Skipping a day before its cutoff earns one, every paid week on a plan earns one, and a friend you refer earns you one more.

Kitchen partners

Real Plymouth restaurant kitchens, in their quiet hours.

We do not run a factory. A local restaurant cooks the menu between its lunch and evening service, from a batch spec we send at the cutoff. What the kitchen is paid is tied to how you rate the food, so quality is honest and every review goes straight back to the people who cooked it.
