No. You choose anywhere from zero to seven delivery days a week, and you can pause, resume or cancel from your account whenever your plans change. Changes apply from the next week that has not locked yet, so there is no gap and no penalty.

You can swap any day's meal for anything else on that day's menu until the daily cutoff, half an hour before the delivery window opens. After that the order locks so the kitchen can cook it.

Pause from your account. Deliveries and billing stop until the date you choose, and your targets, address and card are all still there when you come back.

Stripe takes your card securely when you sign up, and your first weekly payment is taken on the morning of your 4th delivery. If you pause or skip, that date moves with your deliveries. Cancel from your account before then and you pay nothing. One offer per customer and per household. Households qualify: after you sign up, get everyone in your household to download the Suppa app and sign in with their own login to activate your subscription.

No. The kitchen changes the menu from time to time and publishes each new one before it starts. The menu page shows the dishes for every day that has a menu published, and you can pre-order breakfast and lunch for the next day too.

Pick a calorie tier (under 500, about 650 or about 800) and set your protein, carb, veg and salt preferences once. Every meal you pick is then built to that profile, and any swap we have to make is explained to you, never made silently.
